Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to participants aged 18 and over.

1.2 Employees of Tri Travel and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Only one entry per person is permitted during the promotional period.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The competition begins on Wednesday 1st July 2026.

2.2 The competition closes on Thursday 16th July 2026.

2.3 Entries submitted outside of this period will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the online entry form.

4. Prize Details

4.1 One winner will receive:

  • One guaranteed entry to DATEV Challenge Roth 2027 (international entrants only)
  • One 5 night travel package with Tri Travel

4.2 The travel package includes:

  • Accommodation
  • Transfers
  • Selected VIP inclusions

4.3 Full package details will be confirmed by Tri Travel.

4.4 The prize is non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

5.2 The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the closing date.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Tri Travel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. General Conditions

6.1 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.2 Tri Travel booking terms and conditions apply to the prize package.

6.3 By submitting the form, entrants agree to be contacted by Tri Travel in relation to this competition.

6.4 If opted in, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Tri Travel.

6.5 Tri Travel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.

6.6 Tri Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
